Dog and Cat Grooming Services At 1st Choice Groomers we offer a grooming service for both cats and dogs. Grooming can be a stressful time for any dog or cat, we reduce that stress as much as possible by coming to your pets own environment. Whether we groom at your home or at our parlour, our main concern is that your pet enjoys its grooming experience. We also offer a bath and dry service for pets if they need freshening up in between groomings. Dogs The best thing for any dog owner to do is groom their dog regularly as this will help keep their coat cleaner and knot free. Both you and your dog will benefit from this. It will make the grooming experience less stressful as they are used to a brush and they have less knots, and for the both of you it's a good bonding experience. Believe me - it works. Cats Some cats are no longer able to keep their coats clean by grooming themselves and may require a little help. We offer regular groom outs on both short and long haired coats, bathing and in some cases clipping the coats off with a trimmer if too matted. Again, we try to cause as little stress as possible and may need to take regular breaks to rest the cat.
